ABOUT US
We have worked in the industry for 15 years covering different types of services and many different roles.
We have worked as casuals, room assistants through to room leaders and Early Childhood Teachers.
Mel has been the Assistant Director and Educational Leader at previous centres. Susie has been Assistant Director, Educational Leader and Centre Director at centres.
We have both worked in low-socio economic areas in which there have been higher needs of the children and families. We have experienced and worked through many different types of trauma and inclusion support needs with children and their families.
We have extensive knowledge around working in rooms and leading teams that have a high number of social inclusion needs and a deep understanding of the day to day needs of all teachers and staff.

OUR APPROACH
We are dedicated to helping early learning and childcare services reach their full potential.
Our goal is for the best interests of the children and in supporting the teams that work with them we can achieve this. We are passionate about children and making the environment inclusive and welcoming to them and their families.
We understand the pressure this places on teams in the room and the leadership team and offer services to support staff in that domain. We will be hands-on proactive in our approach aiming to make sure staff are not taken away from their vital role of caring for the children as much as we can.
